Our website and its hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, referring URLs, and request dates and times. We use this information to operate the website, investigate errors, prevent spam and misuse, and understand website performance.

Our form records may also include a submission date, time, and request IP address. Technical information associated with an inquiry is not necessarily anonymous. Cloudflare describes its processing of website traffic in its Privacy Policy.

2. Information You Provide

Contact Us form. We collect your name, email address, message, and any optional phone number or company / organization name you provide, together with your newsletter preference.

Travel-planning form. Depending on the fields you complete, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and country.
• The number of adults and children traveling, and their ages or age groups.
• Preferred destinations, additional cities, and departure and return dates.
• Accommodation preferences, travel pace, transportation preferences, and interests.
• Your budget, budget flexibility, and international flight plans.
• Special considerations, requests, comments, how you heard about us, and your newsletter preference.

The planning form sends information as you submit each step. Information from completed steps may be saved even if you do not finish the final submission.

We also receive information you choose to provide when corresponding with our team. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry. Special requests may reveal sensitive information, such as dietary, health, or accessibility needs; share only what is needed to help us plan appropriate arrangements.

Our inquiry forms are intended for adults. Adults arranging family travel may provide children's ages or age groups for trip-planning purposes. Please provide information about other travelers only when you are authorized to do so.

3. How We Use and Share Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, prepare travel recommendations and itineraries, communicate about your plans, and arrange requested travel services. We also use relevant records to administer our business, prevent misuse, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Form submissions are held in our website's administration system, and notification copies are sent to our team through Microsoft 365 business email.

We use service providers for website hosting and maintenance, security, and communications, including Cloudflare and Microsoft 365. They process information as needed to provide these services. Newsletter-delivery providers may also process subscriber information to send our communications.

Where needed to prepare or provide your requested travel services, we share relevant information with the suppliers involved, such as hotels, airlines, local travel partners, guides, and tour operators. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud or security incidents.

We do not sell or rent your contact details or trip-planning information, or share them with third parties for their own direct marketing.

4. Newsletters and Other Communications

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and communicate about requested travel services.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your name, email address, and subscription preferences to send travel news and offers. The newsletter choice is separate from your travel inquiry. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry or sending necessary trip-related messages.

We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from the other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with third parties.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Website Services

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support its features and security. Different services may use different cookies and retention periods.

Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as not collecting or using visitors' personal data. YouTube and other external resources. Our homepage uses an embedded YouTube video. Google may receive information about your device and playback and use cookies or similar technologies. Providers of externally loaded website resources, such as scripts and fonts, may also receive technical request information, including your IP address.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or third-party resources may affect form progress, security checks, or video playback.

Information may be held in our website database, business email, and associated backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of your inquiry or trip, applicable legal and accounting requirements, and any need to resolve disputes or security issues.
