Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This policy explains how CTCAdventures ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We take the security of your personal information seriously and follow strict procedures for how it is stored, used, and accessed.

1. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we temporarily collect certain technical data to support site performance and security, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, visit date and time, pages viewed, and referring URL. This data helps us understand traffic patterns and improve usability. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. Raw server logs are retained for up to [90] days for security and site-management purposes, then deleted.

2. Information Collected Through Forms

When you fill out the "Let's Start Planning Your Adventure" form, we collect personal details such as your full name, email address, phone number, preferred destinations, travel dates, and any special requests. This information is used exclusively to prepare travel itineraries and communicate with you about your trip. We share it only with travel suppliers directly involved in delivering your requested services — such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators — and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

All form submissions are stored securely, are accessible only to authorized personnel, and are retained only as long as needed to service your trip and meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Email Communications

If you contact us or sign up for our newsletter, we may use your email address to send periodic updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. Your email address will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

Our site runs on Cloudflare, which sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and performance — for example, a bot-detection cookie that expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity. These cookies do not contain personal information and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking; Cloudflare processes them solely to protect and operate our site.

For site analytics we use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics, which does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not follow you across other websites.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.

5. Your Information and How to Reach Us

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. For these requests or any other privacy question, contact us at [email protected]

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and we will note any material changes on this page.
