Who is Eligible: Anyone who has booked directly with CTCAdventures and has either traveled already or has an active booking. Referral credits are valid only for new, separate bookings and cannot be applied to trips where the Referrer and Referee are traveling together on the same itinerary.
How Does it Work: Refer your family and friends who have not yet traveled with CTCAdventures. When they call to book with us, they just tell us that you referred them and we will issue them a $250 credit to apply against their trip. Once their trip is completed, you will receive a check from us for $250! Your payment will be issued within 2 weeks of your friends returning home. There is no limit! You can refer as many new travelers as you like.
Program Terms & Conditions
Definitions: The CTCAdventures Referral Program (“Referral Program”) may be offered by CTCAdventures as a reward for our loyal customers (“Referrer(s)”) and your friends, family, and connections (“Referees”). By participating in this Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Referral Program Terms”).
Program Overview: Beginning April 1, 2026, the CTCAdventures Referral Program will be available to all guests who have completed at least one trip or are currently booked with CTCAdventures. The program is not retroactive so does not apply to referrals received by CTCAdventures prior to April 1, 2026. Referral rewards are earned per booking/trip referred and are paid to the Referrer in the form of a check within 2 weeks of the referee’s travel being completed. To qualify for the referral bonus, your friend must book their own independent trip. Please note that this offer is not valid if you are traveling together. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can earn. Referrers are responsible for any taxes associated with referral rewards. Travel Agents, CTCAdventures employees and affiliated contractors are not eligible to participate. Travel credits for the referred traveler will be applied against the invoice for their first trip with CTCAdventures. Trip booked must have a total value of $5000 or greater. Referral credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in lieu of trip deposit or as payment for travel protection.
Restrictions: The referral must be declared prior to booking the trip and cannot be added after the reservation is confirmed. Travel credits are valid only on CTCAdventures custom trips. Cruises and other third-party bookings are excluded. Referral program is only available to U.S. residents. Other restrictions may apply.
Compliance with Applicable Law: As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to Data Protection Laws, Anti-Spam Laws and FTC Guidelines. CTCAdventures reserves the right to revoke any discount or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Referee in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
Right to Terminate Accounts: CTCAdventures reserves the right to terminate the Account of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Referrer and/or Referred Customer’s conduct to be in violation of these Referral Program terms.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: CTCAdventures reserves the right to amend or terminate the CTCAdventures Referral Program at any time. Any changes to the terms will be posted to our website. If the Referral Program is terminated, any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
